Position: Executive/Sr. Executive

Work Schedule(# of Working Days): 6 Days working and 1 day rotational off
Work Timing: Day shifts - 9 AM - 9PM (Any 9 hours)
(Should be flexible for Rotational shifts if needed)
Cab Facility : No Cabs provided

Qualification :
· Graduates/Post Graduates
· ( No BE/B tech MCA Freshers)
Description
· Good Analytical and problem solving skills
· Excellent communication skills. Should be able to speak fluent English, Hindi
· Must be able to clearly communicate the message to customers and handle the call professionally.
· Should be open to take calls, chats and emails.
· Basic understanding of mutual funds, stock market and Groww platform.
· Exposure to tools like Freshdesk, Freshsales, MS Office is a plus.
