Physical test for the recruitment of Station Fire Officers, Fireman and Driver test for the post of Driver
Conditions for the candidates: -
a) Entry to examination venue will be permitted only against a valid
Admit Card, Original proof of identity card issued by any government
agency such as Aadhar Card/ Voter ID/Driving Licence/PAN Card /
Passport etc.
b) Candidate who fails to appear on the designated date shall not be
provided a second opportunity.
c) No Travel/Accommodation allowance is admissible to the candidates
appearing in the physical test/driving test. Candidates are advised to
make their own arrangements for boarding and lodging etc
d) The MCC will not be responsible to pay for any damages in case of
injury/death to any of candidate during conduct of various tests and
thereafter.
e) All the candidates are advised to follow the Covid guidelines issued
by the Government of India/Chd Admn from time to time.
f) The venue of Physical test for the post of Station Fire Officer and
Fireman is at Police Line, Sector 26, Chandigarh and for the post of
Driver, the driving test is to be conducted in the CTU premises, IA,
Phase-I, Chd. on 28.5.2022.
g) All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of UT, Chandigarh.
h) In case the physical test not possible due to weather or any other
unforeseen circumstances, the date for the same would be
30.05.2022 and 31.05.2022 (reserved date)
i) No second opportunity will be given who fails in the physical/driving test.
j) Impersonation or fraud in any case would result not only debarring
the candidate but criminal proceedings would be initiated against the
candidate.
k) Appeal period/grievance should be lodged on the same day by 5.00
PM of the respective day.
l) Any appeal/grievance should be lodged at the venue created for the
purpose.
m) The decision of the Appellate Authority will be final.
