Important Guidelines
a) All the candidates are advised to visit the Office of Municipal Corporation, Chandigarh along with original and self attested photocopies of documents relating to Educational Qualification, Certificate in support of age, Essential qualification, reservation certificate issued by the competent Authority, experience certificate (if applicable) and other relevant certificates etc along with original proof of identity card issued by any government agency such as Aadhar Card/ Voter ID/Driving Licence/PAN Card / Passport etc.
b) The fact that the candidates called for document verification does not confer any right to be treated as eligible for selection/appointment.
c) No change of date and venue for the document verification will be allowed for any candidate under any circumstances. In case he fail to attend the document verification, it will be presume that he has not interested for appointment and his candidature will be treated as cancelled. No further correspondence will be entertained in this regard. However in case of medical and other emergency, one opportunity will be given on production of supporting documents on last day i.e. 03.08.2022 with the approval of the Jt CMC cum CFO.
d) No Travel/Accommodation allowance is admissible to the candidates appearing in the physical verification of documents. Candidates are advised to make their own arrangements for boarding and lodging etc
e) All the candidates are advised to follow the Covid guidelines issued by the Government of India/Chandigarh Administration, Chandigarh from time to time.
