ARMY RECRUITMENT RALLY AT SHAHEED BHAGAT SINGH STADIUM, SIRSA (HARYANA) FROM 30 JUL 2020 TO 08 AUG 2020
Army Recruitment Rally will be held for eligible candidates of districts of Hisar, Jind, Fatehabad and Sirsa in Haryana from 30 Jul 2020 to 08 Aug 2020 at Shaheed Bhagat Singh Stadium, Sirsa (Haryana). Online registration is mandatory and will be open from 31 May 2020 to 14 Jul 2020. Admit cards for the rally will be sent through registered e-mail from 15 Jul 2020 to 29 Jul 2020. Candidates should reach the venue on given date and time as mentioned in the Admit Card.
Candidates are required to bring following documents / certificates in original with two attested photocopies with them to the rally site:-
(a) Admit Card. Printed with Laser Printer on good quality paper (Do not shrink the size).
(b) Photograph. Twenty copies of unattested Passport size colour photographs developed on good quality photographic paper in white background not more than three months old. Computer printouts/ photoshopped photographs will NOT be accepted. (SIKH and SIKH (M&R) candidates photographs should be with turban/ Putka).
(c) Education Certificates.
(i) Education Certificates with marks sheet in original of all educational qualifications achieved by candidate i.e. Matric / Intermediate/ Graduation etc from recognized School/ College/ Board/ University.
(ii) Provisional/ online education certificate should be certified ink signed by the head of the educational institution of concerned board/ university.
(iii) Candidates with matric certificate from Open School should bring School Leaving Certificate countersigned by BEO/ DEO.
(d) Domicile Certificate. E-disha Domicile Certificate with photographs issued by Tehsildar / District Magistrate.
(e) Caste Certificate.
(i) Caste Certificate affixed with photograph of the candidate issued by Tehsildar / District Magistrate.
(ii) Sikh & Sikh (Majahabi & Ramadasia) candidates will produce Religion/Minority/Caste of their father duly signed and issued by Tehsildar/SDM and SC/ST certificate will also be deposited.
(iii) Gorkha candidates are required to produce caste certificate signed and issued by SDM / Tehsildar / Naib Tehsildar alongwith sub caste certificate issued by Indian Gorkha Association.
(iv) Caste certificate duly signed and issued by SDM / Tehsildar / Naib Tehsildar if candidate belongs to SC / ST / OBC / SBC etc in original.
(v) Oustees of Bhakra Dam should bring following documents at the rally site.
(aa) Certificate from Bhakra Dam Oustees Association. The candidates should be in possession of a certificate issued by Bhakra Dam Oustees Association duly authenticated by the concerned District Magistrate/Tehsildar.
(ab) Caste Certificate. Dogra caste certificate issued and signed by authorized State Revenue Authority.
(f) Religion Certificate. Religion certificate issued by the Tehsildar / SDM (if religion as “SIKH/HINDU/MUSLIM/CHRISTIAN” is not mentioned in caste certificate).
(g) School Character Certificate. School Character Certificate issued by the School/College/Principal/Headmaster, where the candidate last studied.
(h) Character Certificate. Character Certificate with photographs issued by Village Sarpanch/Municipal Corporation with in last six months.
(j) Unmarried Certificate. Unmarried Certificate for candidates less than 21 years of age with photograph issued by Village Sarpanch/ Municipal Corporation within last six months.
